Rock Hill Winery began in Sonoma County named after a volcanic hillside vineyard with hundreds of feet of dry stacked rock walls.  Presently located in the Sierra Foothills of Placer County, the rich soil tops decomposed granite allowing for perfect drainage.  Hot summer days and cool nights produce ideal conditions for this world class wine.
